I am fresh and ready for the new year, and loving the gym
Also, got myself this book, "Map4Life" which is a daily planner with great advice on keeping your mind on track to achieving your goals. So many of us lose the plot, feel lost (feels overweight) and need a little nudge to get back on track.
I am willing to give advice, at a price, for people that are interested to know what the secrets are to looking (and feeling) really good. For example, getting abs, or good pectoral muscles (chest), or just getting those 'love muscles' away!
